I'm extremely active as a road cyclist and squash player...I pretty much work out 7 days a week. And, recovery and performance isn't as easy anymore now that I'm turning 50 in January. I originally met Helen getting messages at my club, and she was fantastic. Unfortunately, she started Physical Tharapist Assistant school and had to quit working at my club. No other message therapists at my club compared to Helen with her knowledge and ability to perform the deep tissue work that I need, so I had to contact Helen and start having her come to my home to treat me and my wife (who is a runner).
I've had a lot of massages and physical therapy in my years, and Helen is as good as they get. She is keeping my muscles, tendons and joints healthy so I can continue to be active. She is a necessity in my life.
