She discovered Physical Therapy through her sister when she accompanied her to a physical therapy appointment for a torn Achilles tendon, It was then that Helen fell in love with this fascinating field, As she completed her high school, she started her research for physical therapy schools.

 

While researching a Physical Therapy school, an additional passion was discovered, "The amazing field of Medical Massage Therapy". In a turn of events and as the great Steve Jobs once said, "You can't connect the dots to your success forward, You have to look back and connect the dots", Helen decided to go to school to learn the art of Russian Medical Massage Therapy. This is where she learned the skills and techniques to give her clients the best massage experience they've ever had, as well as healing their pain. In over ten years of experience she's had the pleasure of having client from all walks of life. Although she is very humble and reserve and is not one to use terms like, "Massage Therapist to the Stars". She's been a Massage therapist to some of the biggest names in the Hollywood entertainment industry.

 

While becoming the elite Massage Therapist we know her to be today, Helen did not forget her first passion and did end up earning a degree in Physical Therapy.
