I've been going to Helen for a little over a year and will never go to anyone else. I've had several different services done with her (massage and body sculpting). And it's always top tier! Helen is in a league of her own! I've had massages through spas, resorts, etc and NONE have compared to the service, knowledge and professionalism Helen has shown. She constantly checks your comfort level, such a sweetheart, and honestly has magic hands. Price point is great for the level of service she provides. And the best part is she'a mobile! I was referred to Helen by a friend. I was told how amazing Helen is and the level of experience she has. I'm definitely a believer now, as I got my first massage from her. She's so professional and sweet throughout the entire session. It was interesting, because it seemed like she knew exactly where I was in pain. I was referred to Helen by my husband who had gotten a massage from her about a month ago. He said she gave one of the best massages he's ever had, so I had to see for myself. SHE IS AMAZING! I told her about all my problem areas and she was able to remedy them. I felt not only relieved from any pain I was having but also incredibly relaxed. I usually go to spas to get massages, but I will definitely be using Helen again! I highly recommend!

So this review is long overdue! Helen is just amazing! She is so sweet and is so good at what she does. To be honest I have gotten a massage at a five star hotel and it isn't even slightly close to what Helen provides. She listens to your needs and delivers a great experience. She is better than any massage therapist I have ever had, hands down; so much so that my mom is so particular with her massages and she LOVED Helen! If anyone argues on her prices, to be honest they shouldn't! She sets her prices on experience and I much rather pay for her services than any other. I can't wait to book her again. I'm extremely active as a road cyclist and squash player...I pretty much work out 7 days a week. And, recovery and performance isn't as easy anymore now that I'm turning 50 in January. I originally met Helen getting messages at my club, and she was fantastic. Unfortunately, she started Physical Tharapist Assistant school and had to quit working at my club. No other message therapists at my club compared to Helen with her knowledge and ability to perform the deep tissue work that I need, so I had to contact Helen and start having her come to my home to treat me and my wife (who is a runner).
I've had a lot of messages and physical therapy in my years, and Helen is as good as they get. She is keeping my muscles, tendons and joints healthy so I can continue to be active. She is a necessity in my life.

I am forever grateful to have come across Helen's IG page. I'm a mom to a 9 year old and 5 month old so safe to say, my body was aching! I was lucky to win a giveaway for an hour massage and it was the most amazing experience. I am extremely grateful not only for the amazing massage but for her professionalism and kindness to help me feel comfortable and relaxed to be able to enjoy the entire experience. The best part of it all is she comes to your house with all of her equipment for the massage. Once the service was done, I was able to just walk on over to my bed and take a nice long relaxing nap instead of having to get in the car to drive home. She is very knowledgeable and experienced in what she is doing so it's safe to say I will definitely be booking more massages with her from now on, not only for myself but for my husband, as well.
